Litigation involving an intersection requires the signal controlling the intersection be proven to be working properly.

The set of data provided you through through open records or discovery cannot be trusted.  You need an expert to go to the intersection, properly document the intersection's operation and return with admissible evidence as to what was found.

Steve Wolf has more than thirty years experience as a police officer and with signal systems.  He has extensive training in electrical engineering.  He has a bachelors in Public Safety Management, an Masters in Public Administration and a Juris Doctor.

Your signal will be proved through on-site verification of data provided by the engineering department of the controlling agency.  This is obtained through a public records request or provided by you through discovery.  The data is first checked as to if it is appropriate for the traffic flow.  The data is then compared to on-site operation which is documented through professionally produced video.

We will take the issue of the traffic signal off your desk, resolve it, and provide you with the evidence you need to prove it.
